Hello I need help!

I'm being targeted for my bases by the same hacker over and over again. One of the hacks allows him to phyisically move my base walls with the locks still on THEM!!! away from my base!!! opening them up so he can steal my loot!!! this is happening over and over again! I have screen shots and a time frame of when it happened. PLEASE HELP
